However, a few minutes later - the technician activated CMD Prompt/BIOS and did not tell me he was going to do this -and more importantly, did NOT ask for permission to access my computer. The person accessed Trend Micro to run some scans - I didn't find a problem with that, since the software was open, and active in chat.
